Information about returns, refunds, and exchanges at Skin Care Revolution.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Gently used products may be eligible for partial refund or exchange — contact our team to discuss.
How to Initiate a Return
Log in to your account, open the order, and select 'Start a return'. You can also email hello@skincarerevolution.com to begin the process. We'll send you a prepaid shipping label.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is FREE within the United States on orders over $75. For other orders, a $7.95 return label fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
